How long does it take for orders to be shipped?
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. However, please allow for some delay during busier periods and during promotions.
Do I have to pay customs?
All potential custom charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure whether your country charges customs, please visit the relevant government websites prior to making a purchase.
Do you offer samples?

Is Deviant Skincare cruelty free?
Yes - we do not and will not conduct testing on animals, nor do the manufacturers that we work with. Additionally, all products sold directly in the EU (like ours!), must not be tested on animals by law. Our test subjects are always human!
