As a result of Brexit, the UK is no longer a part of the European Union. This means that the UK has formally left the EU customs union and single market.
This means that for our customers in the EU, shipments are liable for custom charges. Currently, we ship to the EU on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. This means it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for duties/taxes. Despite being a part of the single market, custom fees vary between the EU countries. As such, we'd recommend visiting the relevant gov website for your country to determine the import duties. In the occasion that you have declined to pay your country's import tax (custom charges) on an order and it is returned to us, you will be refunded upon our receipt of the order, minus the shipping cost which we will have incurred from Royal Mail.

Please note that due to reductions in air freight and general delays to courier services, there may be a delay in the delivery of your order - unfortunately this is beyond our control. We suggest that international orders may take up to 6 weeks to arrive.

Untracked Shipping: £5-15. (US only) Takes up to 4 weeks to arrive. Untracked and uninsured in the event of lost parcels.
Tracked and Signed: £8-18. Takes up to 4 weeks to arrive. Tracked and insured in the event of lost or damaged goods.
Free US Shipping: On orders over £75. Sent via Economy Shipping (no tracking).
We make every effort to ensure you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you change your mind, we accept returns for unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for used or opened products due to hygiene purposes.
