Shipping Policy

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship your products.


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

During busy periods such as product launches, promotions, or seasonal sales, processing times may be slightly extended. We always do our best to keep delays to a minimum and appreciate your patience.


UK Shipping

We offer the following delivery options within the UK:

  • Royal Mail 48 Tracked: 2–4 business days

  • Royal Mail 24 Tracked: 1–2 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.


Orders over £40 qualify for free Royal Mail 48 Tracked shipping. This is auto-applied at checkout.


International Shipping

We ship internationally to selected countries.

  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days (depending on location)

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing in your destination country.


U.S. Import Duties & Taxes

As of mid-2025, the United States has removed the de minimis threshold that previously allowed many international parcels to enter duty-free. This means that international shipments may now be subject to tariffs, duties, and taxes.

To provide full transparency and peace of mind, we cover all import fees for U.S. orders upfront.

  • You will not be asked to pay any additional charges upon delivery
  • The total amount shown at checkout includes all applicable fees
  • No hidden costs, no surprise invoices

European Union (EU) Customers

We’re pleased to share that Floraison is now our official EU stockist.

If you’re based in the European Union, you can order directly via Floraison to enjoy:

  • No customs fees or import duties
  • Faster, local shipping
  • A curated selection of Deviant Skincare products

Please note:

  • Orders placed on our main website and shipped to EU countries may still be subject to customs fees and import taxes
  • We currently ship to the EU on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis
  • This means customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes

Customs fees vary by country. We recommend checking your local government website for the most accurate information.

If you choose not to pay customs charges and your order is returned to us, you will be refunded once we receive the parcel, minus the original shipping costs incurred.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (Rest of World)

For countries outside of the UK and U.S., orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees set by your local government.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot predict their cost.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and your order cannot be delivered, we cannot guarantee reshipment or refunds. If a parcel is returned to us, we may contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping fees may apply).


Delays, Lost or Missing Parcels

While we work with trusted couriers, delays can occasionally occur.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@deviantskincare.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.

A parcel may be considered lost if it has not arrived within:

  • 10 working days (UK)
  • 20 working days (international)

from the expected delivery date.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase and genuinely enjoy using your products. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Returns Eligibility

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are only able to accept returns on products that are:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In their original packaging and condition

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.


Opened or Used Products

As a skincare brand, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products.

However, we understand that skincare is personal and results can vary. If you experience an issue with your product, please reach out to us at info@deviantskincare.com with details, and we will review this on a case-by-case basis.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@deviantskincare.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@deviantskincare.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivity

While all of our formulations are developed with care, individual skin reactions can vary.

We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full application.

We are unable to accept returns based on allergic reactions or sensitivity. However, if you experience a concern, please reach out—we’re always happy to guide you on how to use the product or suggest alternatives.


Refused Deliveries & Unpaid Customs Charges

If you refuse delivery of your order or fail to pay any required customs duties or taxes (where applicable), and the parcel is returned to us:

  • You will be refunded once the order is received back at our facility
  • The refund will be minus the original shipping costs incurred

Subscriptions

If you choose to purchase a product on a subscription basis, the following terms apply.


Billing & Renewal

Subscriptions are automatically billed on a recurring basis according to the delivery frequency selected at checkout.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to ongoing automatic billing until your subscription is paused or cancelled.


Managing Your Subscription

You can manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time via your customer portal.

To ensure changes apply to your next order, updates must be made at least 3 days before your renewal date.

Orders are processed automatically on your renewal date. Requests made after this time may not be applied to the current order.


Cancellations

  • If your subscription has already been processed, cancellation will apply to future renewals
  • If you contact us before dispatch, we will always do our best to assist where possible
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled

Returns & Refunds on Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are subject to our standard returns policy:

  • We do not accept returns on opened or used products
  • Refunds are not provided for orders that have already been processed or shipped

Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be processed, your subscription order may be delayed until payment details are successfully updated.
