Yes — all of our products are cruelty-free. We never test on animals.

All of our products are vegan.
The exception is our Cleansing Concentrate and Cleansing Concentrate with Blue Tansy, which contain Polyglycerol-3 Beeswax.
Although this ingredient is processed and modified from its original form, it is ultimately derived from beeswax. Whilst Beeswax is not animal-derived, it is considered an animal byproduct — and so these two products are not suitable for those following a full vegan lifestyle.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. During busy periods such as launches or promotions, this may be slightly extended.

We offer two Royal Mail tracked options at checkout:
- Royal Mail 48 — 2–4 business days
- Royal Mail 24 — 1–2 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders over £40 qualify for free 48 Tracked shipping, applied automatically.

Yes. Orders placed directly on our site and shipped to the EU are on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning any applicable import duties are the customer's responsibility.
For EU customers, we recommend ordering through Floraison, our official EU stockist, to avoid additional customs fees, and benefit from faster local shipping.

No. We cover all US import fees upfront. The total shown at checkout includes all applicable charges — there are no surprise invoices or additional fees on delivery.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@deviantskincare.com. A parcel may be considered lost if it hasn't arrived within 10 working days (UK) or 28 working days (international) from the expected delivery date.

If there are any damages / shortages / incorrect product placement, please do contact us within 2 days of receipt at info@deviantskincare.com with your order number, full details of the issue, along with photographs of all packaging and contents. We'll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

We accept returns on products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging — requested within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

Email us at info@deviantskincare.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for returning. If approved, we'll send you instructions on how to send it back.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
