Can we receive customised guidance on a skincare routine?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship around the globe. Please see our Shipping and Returns Policy Page for information on all aspects of shipping, including costs, processing time and custom charges. 

Can I change, update or cancel my order once I’ve placed it? 

Email us at info@deviantskincare.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order and we’ll do our best to get this amended. We tend to fulfil orders pretty quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request if possible.

My order never arrived–what should I do?

Sorry about that! Please reach out to info@deviantskincare.com with your order number and any relevant details. We’ll take care of it from there!

Is Deviant Skincare cruelty free?

Yes - we do not and will not conduct testing on animals, nor do the manufacturers or suppliers that we work with. Our test subjects are always human!

Do you offer samples?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer samples of products at this time, but this is something we hope to offer in the future!
