Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you on a subscription bases. When you purchase a product on a subscription basis, you agree to recurring billing according to your selected delivery frequency.
Billing & Renewal
Your payment method will be automatically charged on your scheduled renewal date. Subscriptions will continue until they are paused or cancelled.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time via your customer portal.
To ensure changes apply to your next order, updates must be made at least 3 days before your renewal date.
Orders are processed automatically at the start of your renewal day. Requests made after this time may not be applied to the current order.
Cancellations
- If your subscription has already been processed, cancellation will apply to future renewals
- If you contact us before dispatch, we will do our best to assist where possible
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
Returns & Refunds
Subscription orders are subject to our standard Returns & Refunds Policy.
We do not accept returns on opened or used products, and refunds are not provided for orders that have already been processed or shipped.
Failed Payments
If payment cannot be processed, your subscription may be paused until your payment details are updated.
