A decadent balm-to-milk cleanser that effortlessly removes makeup and daily impurities, without stripping the skin of its protective moisturising factors. Balancing Hemp and Camellia Seed soften congestion and environmental debris, whilst a proprietary blend of Sacha Inchi, Blueberry and Borage soothe against oxidative-stress caused by extrinsic factors.  The Cleansing Concentrate rinses completely clean, leaving a perfectly balanced canvas for the following steps in your skincare ritual.

"Cleansing in the evening (particularly after a long day) can at times feel like a burden. Take a moment and allow the Cleansing Concentrate to transform a tedious task into a ritual. Light a candle for olfactory pleasure. Breathe. Take some time to thoroughly massage the skin as to stimulate blood circulation. This moment is for you." - Natalie Smyth, co-founder.

  • All skin types. Particularly suitable for stressed complexions with sensitivity, dullness and congestion due to the omission of synthetic fragrance and essential oils.

  • With dry hands, take a small amount of cleanser and massage thoroughly into dry skin to break down makeup, SPF and daily impurities. To remove, add a splash of water and continue to massage the skin to emulsify the cleanser. Proceed to rinse with lukewarm water.

  • Cannabis Sativa (Hemp) Seed Oil*,  Cucumis Sativus (Cucumber) Seed Oil, Camellia Oleifera (Camellia) Seed Oil*, Polyglyceryl-4 Oleate, Plukenetia Volubilis Linneo (Sacha Inchi) Seed Oil*, Di-PPG-2 Myreth-10 Adipate, Vaccinium Myrtillus (Blueberry) Seed Oil, Polyglycerol-3 Beeswax, Perilla Ocymoides (Perilla) Seed Oil*, Borago Officinalis (Borage) Seed Oil,  Brassica Oleracea Italica (Broccoli) Seed Oil*, Tocopherol (Vitamin E).

    *Certified Organic.

  • One of the unique aspects of the cleansing concentrate is that it immediately melts upon contact with warm skin. This means it can also melt or change texture when exposed to extreme temperature changes during summer, in transit. Although this does not affect the quality and nutrient content of the product - the texture heightens the sensory experience! To restore the concentrate to its natural state, heat until it's fully melted to a liquid and stir with a sterilised utensil. Store in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy the very next day!

The quickest method of melting the cleanser is via a microwave. Remove the lid and set the timer for 30 seconds. Once melted, proceed with the above steps, ensuring to stir with a sterilised utensil, screw the lid back onto the jar and store in the refrigerator overnight.

An alternative, but slower method is to place the balm in a bowl of hot water (ensure the lid is screwed on tight!) and again, stir with a sterilised utensil and store overnight in the refrigerator.

    Enjoy this skin-treat!

  • Is it safe to use around the eyes?

Yes, the Cleansing Concentrate will not sting the eyes or leave a cloudy residue.

Is it suitable for all skin types?

The Cleansing Concentrate is suitable for all skin types, but particularly suitable for those with sensitised or stressed complexions.

Can I use it as a second or morning cleanse?

Yes! Whilst the Cleansing Concentrate has been designed as a ‘first step’ cleanse, it can absolutely be used in the morning (particularly if you have drier skin) and many of our customers do this - there really are no ‘rules’ in skincare. Pro tip: You can leave the Cleansing Concentrate on for 5-20 minutes for a flash-mask!

What is the difference between the Enzymatic Cleansing Oil and the Cleansing Concentrate?

Both the Enzymatic Cleansing Oil and the Cleansing Concentrate are considered ‘first cleansers’, or in other words, the first step in your routine to remove makeup and SPF, to be followed by a water-based cleanser. (Though many of your customers use these as their only cleanse!)

The Cleansing Concentrate is a balm and the Enzymatic Cleansing Oil is a runny oil-texture. They both have the same cleansing power and emulsification system, so the choice is down to preference of texture. Both cleansers work for all skin types, however the Cleansing Concentrate is best suited to those who are sensitive or sensitised and/or acne-prone. The Enzymatic Cleansing Oil is best suited to those with dull/dry skin or those who live in cities.
