Cleanse → Serum → Oil. Always apply the Essential Hydration Serum to clean, damp skin before the oil. Water-based actives need to penetrate before the oil creates a seal. Applying them in reverse order will reduce absorption.

The Essential Hydration Serum and Facial Oil can be used morning and evening. The Blue Tansy Cleansing Concentrate is best used in the evening as your first cleanse, or in the morning when your skin needs extra comfort. If you double cleanse in the evening, use it as your first step.

If you wear heavy-duty makeup, SPF, or have acne prone skin - yes, we recommend double cleansing in your evening routine.
Double cleansing helps thoroughly remove sunscreen, makeup, excess oil, and daily buildup that can contribute to clogged pores, breakouts, and dullness.
When skin isn’t properly cleansed, leftover residue can block your exfoliants, treatment serums, and moisturisers from penetrating effectively, meaning you won’t see the full benefits of the rest of your routine.
If you don’t wear makeup or heavy SPF, you can absolutely use the Cleansing Concentrate as your only cleanser, especially if your skin is dry, sensitive, or barrier-compromised.
If you choose to double cleanse, start with the Cleansing Concentrate on dry skin to melt away sunscreen, long-wear makeup, pollution, and excess oil. Follow with the Pro-Biome Hydrating Cleanser to gently remove any remaining impurities while delivering hydrating amino acids and barrier-restoring lipids to the skin.
